Attenborough Church Pre-School presents the Summer Show

The children will be performing

The Colour Monster

All the children are invited to join in our Summer Show, this will be a special show for all, especially our rising fours, something for them to remember! All the family are invited to watch the children. ALL CHILDREN NEED TO ARRIVE AT 10:00am and meet in the Main Hall, they will then be collected by the staff for a 10:15am start.

The show will be followed by many activities,including:

Raffle - Cake Stall - Games - Bouncing Castle 

   Children’s Tombola -  Refreshments - Adult Tombola  

Donations

We are only able to fundraise with the help of the families and friends of Pre-school. We are asking for donations for the children’s tombola – a particular favorite with all of our children and siblings. Please donate new toys up to the value of £5, suitable for both girls and boys of mixed ages. We are also asking for items for the adult tombola these can include toiletries, alcohol and chocolates.

We thank you in advance for your generosity.

We are happy to accept any donations from now until Tuesday 1st July.   

If you know of any businesses that may donate raffle prizes please ask for a request letter. We are always very happy and grateful to receive support from our wider community.

We also are in need of cakes either homemade or shop bought. We always appreciate the cakes that you bake or buy for the cake stall! Please note: all cake donations will need a list of ingredients with them to abide by the new Natasha’s Law with regards to allergies.

During the event we will be using cash or token payments - you will be able to purchase tokens using your card which you can then use on the stalls.

Raffle tickets

Please keep an eye out in your child’s blue bags for raffle tickets they will be with you shortly for presale. Please feel free to sell raffle tickets to your friends and family. More will be available from Pre-School or for sale on the day of the event.

This year we are also having a competition to see which child can sell the most raffle tickets to their friends, family and neighbours - there will be a prize for this given after the summer show. We are excited to see who wins. Please note only raffle tickets sold and brought back into Pre-school for Friday 4th July will count towards the prize draw. 

Entrance Fee

Entrance for the show is £1.00 per adult payable on the day. For this you will also get a programme. If possible the entrance fee is to be paid in cash and to have it ready in order to get the queue to move swiftly and get everyone in on time.
